Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://jimenezirrigationhull.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Jimenez Irrigation reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Jimenez Irrigation provides Sprinkler System Repair, Landscape Design, Residential Landscaping, Irrigation System Installation, Irrigation Maintenance and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Jimenez Irrigation may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. Jimenez Irrigation makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Jimenez Irrigation arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Jimenez Irrigation from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
